The Four Stages to a Habit

There are four stages to a habit. You've got the cue, the craving, the response and the reward. The more of these you have working in your favor, the more likely it is you're going to form the habit. So if you want to build a good habit, we've got one law for each stage. For a bad habit, instead of making it obvious, you make it invisible. Instead of making it easy, make it difficult.
