The Importance of Massage Therapy

massage therapy cannot relate the importance of this enough. It's often very much overlooked and seen as a luxury. But if you're training for a marathon, I really don't care how good to quote unquote you are in terms of how fast you are. If you're subjecting your body to this regular habitual breakdown of long runs, long workouts, mileage, even speed or strength work, regular massage is a freaking game changer.
