How to Reduce Body Fat Per Week
A target weekly reduction is half 8% to 1% of total body mass per week. At 200 pounds, we're looking at one to two pounds per week. With mini cut, you are obviously reducing body fat, but you're not essentially going from like an identity of, you know, one person to a different sort of person with traditional cut. It just takes a much longer time to do that.
