How to Reduce the Probability of Cognitive Overload

We have to put aside all of the ambiant stimuli that seeking our attention. People experience far less fatigue from meetings over phone than they do over zom simply because while you're talking on the phone, your eyes can look anywhere they want. So limiting information and cognitive closure is key. i set up my entire day to essentially minimize the likelihood of cognitive overload. I don’t like feeling burnt out. I don't like feeling worn out, fatigued, stressed or irritable. so i do a couple a series of things that, from reading the research, have minimized and made it so that at the end of the day i am not austed.
