Every complaint that comes into our system, or every repayment miss that is tracked back to merchants, we'll have merchant scoring occurring as well. And if a merchant starts to score too high, we're goin to giv him a call. We're seeing some service issues at your operation. We might have to turn you off. If they're not performing, we've got either off board them or charge a high enough rate to make it worth while for us to have them on the platform.
