The Evolution of Yeast

A French scientist named Charles Kaganar Dilla tour brings a microscope to a brewery in Paris. He looks at the brewery like wort and he observes yeast reproduction which which Anthony van Levenhoek did not see. In 1838 we begin to think that yeast is a living thing.
