The Process of Heartening
I was trying to figure out exactly what are in explicit ideas and how does it fit into David Deutsch's framework. I think sometimes when I get impatient to know something then there's a kind of a grabby type of conversational move. When I'm more just exploring the space and the landscape and and asking more open-ended questions then interesting stuff can come up that doesn't if I apply too many filters. So first of all just phenomenologically it is this experience of heart opening which in practice means something like being more open-minded or being less partial for a particular answer.
