I hate the meetings where I'm on video and my potential is that you're not going to be able to see what the sellers are not because it's impossible virtually impossible to figure out exactly what they're thinking. In person meetings aren't going to be these huge board style meetings. They will likely be reserved for the cream of the crop in the pipeline of a sales process.
