What Happened to Sephora?
The FTC is not exactly a fan of the ad tech world or the data-driven advertising world. Sephora was sort of the first big enforcement issue or enforcement action in California. And I could see that sentiment being at least part of what happened to them, where if the AG sends you a letter and telling you to do something, probably a pretty good idea to respond.
