The Variability of Testosterone

When I was here about three or four years ago had a hard workout two days later. I tested my testosterone tested low And so it was like 400 or so. It was like 240. When you wake up first thing at five o'clock in the morning with an erection which you should still be even in your 50s TMI no well, sorry But but anyway that's when your testosterone peaks. So if you check it at two o' clock in the afternoon It's gonna be lower and it's gonna be like I said a hard workout or something if you're over-trained. Half the time they're accusing me of low testosterone half time they are accusing me taking steroids.
