The Energy Cost of Dead Lifting

If someone's tin rep, max squat is a hundred and 35 pounds, no matter how hard they fight on that last rep, like, they're going to be out of breath at the end of the set. The metabolic cost of a set o workt whatever scales with the sheer amount of just physical work being done. A set of 10 with 600 is three times as many calories as a set of ten with 200. If you're pretty fast, you can run 200 meters an like, 25, 30 seconds, and you'll be dead afterwards.
