The Importance of Neuro Mechanical Matching in Bodybuilding
From a hypertrophy point of view, it doesn't matter how much a muscle contributes to an exercise. So ultimately prime move or conversations can get very messy and pretty useless if we actually want to understand what the bodybuilding impact particular exercise is. The principle of neuro mechanical matching is really well established. It's been easily very powerful.
