Training like the groin. A lot of people have been doing Copenhagen planks, but training Copenhagen's at in ranges too. Like if you're taller, maybe your leg needs to be higher. We want to also strengthen the shoulder at that in range. So we do like incline bicep curls. That stuff's pretty easy.
