The Limiting Factor of King in the Pipe
Sometimes you need to pivot and do something completely different based on that limiting factor of king in the pipe. So for example, I've done this before for some athletes, especially marathon athletes is sometimes you start with the really fast stuff because you've been neglecting it for so long. And what happens is like you're not going to improve that kind of speed side stuff once you get into the marathon. Sometimes you have to go in the opposite direction to kind of take care of that kinkSo that and that pipe doesn't become this limiting factor later on.
