Being busy all the time isn't necessarily where you want to be. It's okay to slow down and take out one thing each day, like doing a time de-clench. You'll run into the balance of number of things you can accomplish on any given day. But part of the problem is because I am I have so many things on the task that my brain just gets dizzy and can't really focus on them.
