If you gain at an appropriate rate for 12 to 16 weeks straight in four to six weeks of a dedicated fat loss phase, where you maintain muscle lose fat, you can lose all of the fat you gained and then some. And it is just in six weeks as I'm obviously exaggerating here, you could do it easily in four. When you need a little bit of fat going from pretty lean to not as lean, your training energy goes through the roof. Your sex drive is up, your zest for life is up. You're going to have a great time living your best life. The only cost quote unquote, you can fix in four to 6 weeks of easy deficit.
