Is There a Difference Between Using Old Tools and Using Modern Tools?

There's so many modern tools. And its being, in a sense, like your leaning on the technology to do a lot of the heavy lifting. It may be just the modifications of a really good tool, verses requiring you to kind of pull out that creativity and work with something that's a little rougher to create something raw. But there's, there' so much that i could tell you about the barriers to entry to art, especially installation r thaty it's now that i have access to materials and can afford them.
