Productized Services - What's Out of Bounds?
In my experience, productized services are it's a nice balance of risk and reward if they take anywhere from five to twenty five or thirty hours across the course of a couple weeks to maybe six or eight weeks. So you want it to be pretty easy for everybody to get their head around the scope shouldn't really but the boundary lines should be really bright. What we're learning is really from that first couple of tries. Yeah, yeah, in trying to cast a multi-year plan when really they just need a couple months to start.Yeah, that sounds more like it.
