The Dangers of Detail Orientation in Board Meetings

I think people who are very comfortable being super confident about their decision, but at the same time consuming data that may be counter to that choice. Rather than somebody who has to gather all the data first and then move forward. Or somebody who has confirmation bias and once they've made decisions, they don't care what the data says. On the third point, the detail orientation, how much does it bother you as an investor when you go into a board meeting? And there's a problem with a financial problem or a challenge in the CEOs.
