How to Overtrain in Jiu Jitsu
Knowing when there's no point in trying to fight anymore is super critical. Not overtraining reduces your body's ability to recover, it reduces your immune system's ability to fight off infections. There's a magic sweet spot where you're pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone but not so much that you're taking on risk to yourself. It's easy to fall into this trap of comfort where you get into a routine and you're not doing different things anymore.
