The Gray Area with Sean Illing

CHAPTER

The Constitution Does Not Prohibit the Death Penalty

Clarence Thomas has now been on the supreme court for over three decades, longer than any other sitting justice. He was appointed to the court in 19 91 after a contentious confirmation hearing where he was accused of sexual misconduct by anita hill.
