If you want to eat something sweet, have it as dessert, not as a snack, in between meals. Save it for dessert after your next meal. This falls in line when people do either intermit at fasting or or, you know, things like that. So i also think if you're eating your food in order avoiding the spike, you're actually going to be less hungry,. and then you give that other process more time.
