Are You Labeling Yourself?
A lot of people have a tendency, I think, to put labels on themselves that can be self-limiting. It's very different to say something like, for example, I'm just not very athletic. If you continually keep telling yourself, I'm a failure or I always do this wrong, then you're going to really set yourself up for failure. You should not be thinking about the failure,. Ultimately if the failure happens, and then we reevaluate again, and then they're just too better from that.
