A lot of the standard order sets at places i've worked have this four times a day correction scale. Some patients are going to be high before they go to bed and would benefit from rapid acting insolent. And that's even with all those inflammatory seti kinds floating around. You can always look to see how much correction they get throughout the day, if you need it in meal time or not.
