How Hard Should This Be?

The current physical activity guide lines for adults, just twice weekly resistance training and then 500 to a thousand met minutes of what i call conditioning. So the odds that they're meeting it, you know, that you are seeing, we know this, eight % of kids that come through your door and come under your care, prettypretty low. And so at least getting to that point, that's like priority number one, like, at least get to the guide lines a minimum. Then after that, it basely depends on what ther wanting to do. If they're doing this for sport, you may have additional requirements.
