Is It a Hunter Gather Period?

The idea that someone might want to get up during the middle of the night and go back to sleep as opposed to lay there stressing out, awesome. They probably want to do things where they don't come into full hyper stimulation. Some people might have where they just have discreet phases of sleep at different points in the day. But yes, it still does matter. And the amount of the sophistication of the technology that we invent can be a good thing, but it also has a chance of disrupting our patterns with more strength.
