Did the Controllers Cover Missed Approach?
The m s a w system installed in gimme tower at the time of the accident was designed only to function of visual warning. The low altitude warning would not have been noticed in a timely manner unless the controller moneted the bright closely. So that's absolving the controllers a little bit th the procedures did not explicitly tell them to go monitor the bright, but i mean they should have.
