Molly is a conversation designer at Expedia, past work with Home Depot. Molly: I've been in the conversation space for about five years now. It's one of those things that you kind of just fall into and that being the product that I was working on that really got me more involved in the conversation design of things. At Expedia, we're getting on all of the assistance across the platform. So it's much more heavy and that I would say technical space.
