The Importance of Seasonal Meals
If you ate nothing but fatty actual cuts of meat for two months at the end of too much you'd probably notice massive improvements in certain things having said that it's then time to move on. You should eat seasonally whatever foods are available in your area and very often it's the cheapest foods are the food you should be eating so here you know here in Utah I mean apple season comes around the fall I mean pile in the apples but don't eat them most of the year there's a whole bunch they're not very good.
