How to Burn Fat More Efficiently in Brackets

Rene: What are your thoughts on training the body to more efficiently burn fat, ie purposely training in a carb depleted state during long slow runs? Chris: I think it's just understanding the limitations and also where it can tip into potentially being problematic. But yeah, including two sessions a week, maximum where you work at that quite low intensity is absolutely okay to do as long as you don't have any previous history of low energy availability.
