Is There Evidence for Strength Work?
The benefits of strength training are based on efficiency. Tapping into that strength work just seems to make the muscles more cent per cent efficient. And you can either be running at the same speed as some one next you who hasn't strength trained, and you're not feeling as tired. Or you can push yourself to the same intensity as that person, am, the same perceived level of am exhaustion, but you're travelling faster than they are. But yes, the streingth that benefits when it cones to strength training is is, a, utilizing your oxygen more efficiently and reducing or improving that oxygen sum.
