How to Use Isometrics to Strengthen Your Body

In this initial phase, there's plenty of reasons why we want our exercise to be more on that bodybuilder side. One reason is in that phase, I want to activate all these muscle fibers. A lot of good strength coaches should study as if they're physical therapists. If my patellar tendon is hurting, let's find a knee angle that is pain free and load at that angle. And then if I can get a little bit lower with that knee angle and still not feel pain, then let's get to that. They just progress you do.
