How to Make Wine From the Brese Hill
When Antoine Foucault returned to Brazil, he decided to start making wine from the Brese Hill. His family state is more located in the slope of San Sirobu which is a beautiful slope. He learned that you need to be very delicate with your soils and then don't touch the grapes. The wines are very good after 10 years.
