The Benefits of Delaying a Fasting Period

If we're diurnal creatures meant to eat during the day, why would there be a benefit to delaying it six hours? We don't know that. What I found was when I was in the US, I was exposed to a very narrow temperature fluctuation between 19 to 22 degrees centigrade. The only time my temperature actually fluctuated a lot was when I'm walking from parking lot to office. And those days I never went for walking or running in the wild or outside. But at that time, my house had air conditioning. Now I stopped the air conditioning.
