Lenny Kravitz: I use something that Warren Buffett has talked about, which is the inner score card versus outer scorecard. He talks about how there's an outer scorecard, which is how the rest of the world evaluates you. And then your inner scorecard is things that actually matter to you; did you have an adventure today? Were you kind? Lenny: Thinking about it in that lens helps you sort of trade off against some of that external pressure and the ego monster.
