Economists have been working for a hundred years to predict the future, and they're still probably not much better at knowing what's going to happen next. So when it comes to safety formance indicators, it's something we all kint of want to explore in our organizations. Just as a logical process, it makes total sense to use measures of safety activity as leading indicators. But logic and reality don't always line up.
