How to Move Forward in Your Body
In traditional psychology, we understand that the mind has what's called internal representations. We can have general movement which is just simply moving the body and a lot of subconscious information comes from that. We can also have specific movement, which can be related to archetypes. So for example, I could ask you to say, all right, show me through your body, through feeling of your body, teaching. And then you would show up how your body represented that archetype of teaching. From that movement, we can start to reveal the hidden trauma, the hidden blocks, the subconscious patterns, the belief systems. All of the emotional material that is keeping somebody stuck in that state.
