The Transformation of Large Grants

When I joined in 2007, we developed a new growth strategy. And it was not rocket science to figure out if log can should be able to deliver double-digit profit monies. So what did larger grants do to evolve? 11% margin today from 4 or 5% 20 years ago.? Yeah, getting my logarithms is today, it has really been a transformation journey.
