The S Stands for Shut It Out, Right?

The s stands for shut it out. And the pro excepts, push away. This is where you are less likely to be dwelling on whatever is going on when it's something you can't do anything about in that moment. For me personally, push away is one of the hardest parts of acceps to just stop my fingers and do for me. But i do think that it would help to shut it out if you've already kind of prupped yourself with some of theor things, or tried some of these other things first, and then like, ok, those things aren't working. Now i'm going to try to shut itout.
