Jordan: A lot of the investment decisions frankly don't involve and probably shouldn't involve a legal counsel right so there's maybe three different stages on when counsel could be involved. The big chunk of where most of the action on the legal counsel side is is post term sheet signing it's doing the diligence and negotiating the full form documents that gets us to closing, check writing and money in the bank for the startup. We as startup counsel and investor counsel see more deals or at least more deals getting completed than the investors do rightso they may be making seven eight twelve fifteen investments a year and we're and I'm you know closing seven a month right.
