Air and water for sure. I have a major air filter in my bedroom because at night is when I'm looking at that as a detox opportunity. So those are the two biggest. And then something as simple as do you have a daily bowel movement? You know, so many patients would say, oh, yeah, they're pretty good. Like, I think I go every three or four days. Okay, that's not a good bowel movement. We've got to start to adapt our lifestyle to this crazy new world that we're living in. It's such a depressing topic. But it fits into this realm of being preventative and stopping the accumulation.
