I love that you talk about grit I have this like saying that I literally hang up in my offices um nevertheless she persisted and I feel like that's like totally something that we try to follow here too. Having that insatiable drive is just such a game changer and I would hire for that over intelligence day and day out. When you don't have the benefit of maybe you know a huge income so you can hire a million people or when you're pitching a giant client that's thinking about leaving you've got to fake it till you make it.
