Ice cream is the one for you can eat even if you're full it kind of goes through and fills up those gaps in your stomach so there's almost no time that you can you can not eat ice cream I mean it's a glorious thing. For some people actually they just choose not to drink alcohol because if they do drink they end up drinking more than they intend to and it can cause other problems in their life. If we what they call stockpile foods if we fill up our covers with certain foods we're more likely to eat more of that food which makes sense intuitively. It pays dividends to make it make it easier on yourselves and stock up the fridge with really health fresh produce
