The Pros and Cons of a Low Carb Diet
Trevor: A listener asked about needing to lose 40 pounds and whether he should try a low carb diet. Trevor: I am not a fan of low carbohydrate, low fat, low protein, high carb, high fat, high protein, anything diets. He says the nutrition world is way too focused on what is the right macronutrient ratio. If you take in more energy than you burn, you're going to store it - fat is simply a storage form of energy.
