Full weeks of detraining probably not your best bet if you're trying to maximize strength. forcing people to take deloads when they don't really feel like they need one might end up doing more harm than you do. hypertrophy probably not something you need to worry about especially if you're using actual deload periodimes and that's kind of corroborated by pax findings. If you're someone who's living a normal life i just don't think this is something that needs to be worried about right? So yeah these are my best from this paper  and what I'll like care about after this one was hypertrophy so i could just take the data and say whatever
