I think it's almost hard to avoid when you notice those patterns over time with an individual which is another thing to keep in mind right like if you've been working with someone for two years this stuff starts to become a parent. I'd say honestly pretty similar to us where you can't really put one word on them and pin them down but most people that are coaching strength athletes are probably going to have a pretty similar answer.
