There are different kinds of keto diets. It's not just put you in ketosis. The protein piece is what really gets me. You will also have people who will cycle through these periods of very, very low carb and then introduce a little bit of carbohydrates so that right away will take your body out of ketosis. And there's no real definition for the set levels that have to define a ketogenic diet.
