Sleep and deep sleep cycles are the foundation to all of your wellness. If you're getting, you know, only 20% in deep sleep cycles and we get that to 24%, 25%, that's actually life changing. We were doing a lot of work with players and trainers, even looking at concussions. REM sleep will have direct link to mental recovery. Deep sleep will has direct links to your physical recovery.
