How to Deal With Cognitive Dissonance
There can be lots of reasons why our actions or thoughts don't agree with what we value. It's called forced compliance and is massively reported as a high driver of dissatisfaction and stress. 3D HD, the other two key drivers of cognitive dissonance are doing something you know isn't quite right for you. And probably more likely that so, the bluster is making negative health choices or it'll be even being addicted to something.
