What's the Future of the Internet of Things?

I think this kind of cold, impersonal commerce isn't really where the future lies. There's a wonderful Chinese proverb: In fact, if you find it difficult to smile, do not open a shop and actually keep keeping the whole thing personal and warm. I mean, they're painting the cases where business relationships have got in the way of good business. It's rather interesting that Amazon has effectively created it. They can see which products and brands are selling very, very well. Therefore, their brand's are benefiting from all the traffic. That's where you have to be a little bit careful.
